Opened in September of 2008, 1905 is a unique union of food and
design. Showcasing the handiwork of interior designer Mick Mier
and the culinary skill of accomplished Chef Joel Hatton, 1905
presents a simple menu focusing on inspired renditions of comfort
foods. Combined with an intimate bistro vibe, 1905 creates a one
of a kind dining experience here in Washington, DC. Whether joining
us at the bar for an absinthe cocktail, or indulging in a selection
from our menu with a glass of wine, we look forward to serving
you.
